Who is responsible

CST INVEST, the operator of this website (full details in the imprint above), is the data controller. Contact: via the contact form.

What we collect, and why

  • Waiting list: your email address, your language, and — if you choose to tell us — your main activity and country. Legal basis: consent, given by double opt-in. Used only to send the monthly update and launch information.
  • Contact form: your name, email and message, used to answer you.
  • Analytics: usage statistics via Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you accept the consent banner. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.

Processors we use

  • Brevo (France, EU hosting) — waiting-list emails and double opt-in.
  • Web3Forms (AWS) — relays contact-form messages to our inbox; submissions are stored by the service for 30 days, then deleted.
  • Google Analytics 4 / Tag Manager (Google Ireland / Google LLC, EU–US Data Privacy Framework) — consent-gated statistics.
  • Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection — write to us via the contact form and we act on it. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.

Cookies

One functional cookie stores your language choice (no consent needed). Analytics cookies are set only after you accept the banner, and you can change your mind any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
