The register gets written up the night before.
Treatments, movements and losses end up reconstructed from memory. In Spravy each one is logged when it happens, in an append-only register.

Withdrawal periods are counted from the treatment for you. A harvest dated inside the window is blocked outright, not flagged afterwards.
